The ground floor comprises a large room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. Two single bikes are available. A rowing boat is available, as are lifejackets for adults and children.The chalet has pellet central heating and solar thermal cells. There is a bathroom on each floor (bath on the first floor, shower on the ground floor).Free Wi-Fi. There is no television. Behind the chalet is a large meadow, ideal for sporting or relaxing activities, as well as a hut with an old ping pong table. There is a covered fireplace and a natural terrace in the trees. The chalet is 10m from the lake and its small pebble beach. A rowing boat is available for use on the lake.The train stop is 500m away (an 8-minute walk), and the main shops are 5km away (reachable by train, once an hour).Excursion options: climb Dent-de-Vaulion, Mont Tendre, excursion to the Risoux forest at Roche Champion.Nearby sports facilities: hiking, climbing, cycling, skiing
