The house is in the 20th district (Brigittenau) on a quiet alley right by the Augarten – the oldest and perhaps most beautiful baroque park in Vienna. All everyday shops are within a maximum of a five-minute walk.The spacious apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has three bathrooms, two WCs, a fully-equipped kitchen. A cot or supplementary bed can be provided on request for a fee. Free Wi-Fi, a library and a grand piano are available.There is a small balcony facing the Augarten. A payable garage parking space is available on request. Pets are only allowed on request.It is right by the Augarten that has a children’s and family leisure pool and playgrounds in summer. The supermarkets Billa and Lidl are a few minutes‘ walk away. It is a 4-minute walk to Wallensteinplatz (tram lines 5 + 33, bus 5B), restaurants, cafes, a sausage stand, pharmacy, post office, bank, bakery, Vindobona cabaret. It is a 6-minute walk to Gaußplatz (4-hour bakery Prindl, tram 31, church). Bus 5A stops in front of the house.
