In the village Pinezići on the island of Krk, 600 meters from the sea and the beach, is situated the newly built luxury stone villa.On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), two room and bathroom. From the living room you can access a covered terrace with seating and barbecue. Right next to the terrace is a pool of 40 m2 with sundeck and 8 sun loungers where you can enjoy your time with family and friends.
Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms. In the living room is a couch for two people so the house can accommodate 10 people.
